Your mama posted a Christmas 2009 picture of Little Clam with Santa recently. LC is bawling. Both he and Santa are clearly stressed. It reminded me of other Christmases. Weezie was sixteen months when this picture was taken. Santa's age is unknown but we can guess he is feeling old and tired and stoic here. "Three more days", he is probably thinking, "I can make it three more days." And of course he did make it, just as he does every year. I also remember a similar picture of your mama, taken over thirty years ago, at a mall in Arizona, sitting on Santa's lap and showing her tonsils. So don't be embarrassed when you read these posts, ninos, it's definitely a gene thing.

It's not a gene thing, it's an age thing. Two, three, four - I watched cousin Zac do it two years in a row. He finally caught on at 5 and was all smiles and "For Christmas I want..."
