Recently, Uncle Judd and Aunt Sandy decided to relocate from their second floor condo with a view of the fountains and pond, into a single level condo just around the corner and down the street a bit. They made a great choice, and got a good buy. The photos below don't capture the colors well, due to the abundance of light that comes through the tall windows in every room, but you'll get a sense of the place. Also I did not take any outside shots, but will do that when they add a patio this summer.

This is the entry area, looking back at the door and the travertine tile butting against the wood floors. I included this to show the wall color in the great room (LR, DR, Kitchen).

Standing in the area between the LR on right and DR/Kitchen on left, looking at entry, you can see door on left into office/playroom and on right, into the sunroom. Sunroom doors are French double doors.

Turning to the left, you see past dining room table into office and guest bedroom. There is a spacious guest bath next to bedroom, but photo did not turn out.

Closer look at office area, small couch sits on right, tall window in middle. EM claims this room for her own but Aunt Sandy uses it when EM goes home.

Guest room with king size bed, can't see the rest of the furniture, but large and comfortable room.

Back to standing in the middle of the great room and turning slightly to the right, we are looking into the sun room which, true to its name is filled with morning light. Spacious and inviting, it allows for alternative dining, expanded party seating, or separation and privacy with French doors closed. The antique gold chair and ottoman in corner of LR, lovely leather, Judd's chair (he chose it), very nice.

Stepping into the sunroom, couch and ottoman, small dining table from their old house.

Now we've backed into the hallway across from the entry door, still looking into sunr oom over top of Aunt Sandy's new red leather couch. Comfortable and attractive, the couch is irresistible.

Back to center of great room, looking further to the right, flat screen TV that Uncle Judd mounted into fireplace opening. He and Aunt Sandy decided they did not use the fireplace in the other condo, and using this area greatly expanded the options for room arrangements. Smart!

Aunt Sandy's dining room table and chairs from the old house. They'll get a lot of use here, already have over the Christmas season.

Still standing in center of great room looking to the left, we see dining room table with china cabinet on far left (perfect fit on that wall) and beyond into the kitchen. Two counter stools at the breakfast bar, travertine tile on kitchen floor, spaces are well defined even without walls.

Great storage in upper and lower cabinets with dry bar counter on left. Pantry next to stainless steel refrigerator, looks white due to lighting and glare and camera operator errors.

Standing in kitchen looking back into great room, by now it should be coming together for the viewer, we've made it around the "circle."

New stove, new technology, some kind of induction cooking where cook top gets hot only when something is resting on it. Interesting. Uncle Judd can give you full explanation when you visit.

Counter top is same granite as at cabin, that pretty green color.

The laundry room off kitchen with new appliances, large storage area opposite on right, with door to double garage. Uncle Judd's truck actually fits in the garage!

Back to the hallway opposite the entry area, we are looking into the master bedroom. Enormous, very comfortable. Bullet sleeps on the little bed next to Uncle Judd's chair. A large coat closet is in the hallway to our right, can't be seen in picture.

Standing by the window, looking into the master bath and closet area. Uncle Judd had a shower similar to the ones at the cabin installed in this bath. Guest bath has a tub.

Here's Aunt Sandy, putting some finishing touches on her room decor. Seems to me she and Uncle Judd are really happy with their new home. This one might just be a keeper.
