I promised Clam and Weezie we would go for custard sometime during my visit in January. Unfortunately the time slipped away and we did not get to the custard shop. The afternoon before my departure, Luca and I made a mad dash for the local organic yogurt place. While I picked up a few last minute grocery items across the street, Luca took the kids for yogurt. She recently sent me these pix, taken with her Blackberry phone (yay for Luca!) Notice how the picture quality is every bit as good if not better than the shots I manage to get.
It appears that Clam has chocolate yogurt with fresh strawberry mix-ins. He looks worried, doesn't he? Luca called this one "Yogurt on the lamb."
Weezie appears to have chocolate with fresh peaches or perhaps mango slices. She does not appear worried in the least.
Happy faces. Weezie says she prefers custard, but it appears she can tolerate yogurt also.
No more pictures. Mom might be watching.
